What KADAK seeks

Credible energy-infrastructure opportunities aligned with the KADAK Energy mandate: utility-scale renewables, storage, firm renewable structures, operating portfolios, energy companies and select grid-supporting infrastructure.

Who should submit

Developers, owners, IPPs, energy-company founders, governments, utilities, banks, advisers, EPC and O&M partners, and strategic corporates.

What information is required

Sponsor identity, jurisdiction, technology, capacity, stage, permitting and interconnection status, offtake context, capital requested and transaction structure.

Confidentiality

All submissions are treated as confidential. NDAs may be arranged for material information exchange. Do not submit material non-public information about publicly traded securities.

Review process

Preliminary screening → Information review → NDA and data-room review → Structured underwriting → Investment Committee → Transaction structuring.
