What KADAK seeks
Credible energy-infrastructure opportunities aligned with the KADAK Energy Systems mandate: utility-scale renewables, storage, firm renewable structures, operating portfolios, energy companies and select grid-supporting infrastructure.
Who should submit
Developers, owners, IPPs, energy-company founders, governments, utilities, banks, advisers, EPC and O&M partners, and strategic corporates.
What information is required
Sponsor identity, jurisdiction, technology, capacity, stage, permitting and interconnection status, offtake context, capital requested and transaction structure.
Confidentiality
All submissions are treated as confidential. NDAs may be arranged for material information exchange. Do not submit material non-public information about publicly traded securities.

Preliminary screening → Information review → NDA and data-room review → Structured underwriting → Investment Committee → Transaction structuring.

What happens after I submit an opportunity?
You receive an email confirmation and a reference code. Our team reviews, applies internal scoring, and responds within 48–72 business hours with next steps — request for additional information, decline with reason, or advance to preliminary diligence.
What materials should I include with my submission?
At minimum: a concise executive summary, project or company overview, current status of site control and interconnection, offtake position, capital structure, and any prior diligence outputs. You can attach files up to 25 MB securely through the intake form.
How quickly will I hear back?
We respond to every serious inquiry within 48–72 business hours. High-priority opportunities may be routed faster; broad or exploratory notes may take longer while our team assesses fit.
Do you charge submitters or intermediaries any fees?
No. There is no cost to submit an opportunity, and we do not charge developers, owners, or referral partners for evaluation. Success-fee arrangements with intermediaries, if any, are documented in a separate engagement letter.
How is my submission handled confidentially?
Submissions are treated as commercially sensitive and reviewed only by authorized team members. Materials shared before an NDA are considered non-confidential per our intake terms. Formal NDAs are executed before any data-room access.
How do you secure the data I share?
Uploads are transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled cloud storage. File access is scoped to the internal review team. We do not sell, share, or repurpose submission materials. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
