All committed transactions are reviewed by KADAK Energy Systems' Investment Committee following documented pre-read and formal review sessions. Approvals are recorded, and conflicts are managed through the governance framework described on the platform page.
What are the stages of your intake pipeline?
Our internal pipeline moves through 18 documented statuses spanning intake, triage, preliminary review, information request, IC pre-read, IC review, term-sheet, exclusivity, confirmatory diligence, documentation, close, and post-close monitoring. Each stage has clear entry criteria.
How do you approach ESG?
ESG factors are integrated into diligence: environmental impact, community engagement, labor and safety practices, supply-chain integrity, and governance. We do not treat ESG as a marketing overlay — material findings shape structuring and go/no-go decisions.
How does KADAK Energy Systems use AI in its review process?
We use AI internally to accelerate triage — generating structured summaries, flagging diligence risks, and routing to the right reviewer. AI outputs are always reviewed by a human before any external action. AI is not used to make investment decisions.
