The U.S. presents deep opportunity in interconnection-constrained markets, storage, and repowering. We evaluate transactions on a market-by-market basis (ERCOT, PJM, CAISO, MISO, SPP, NYISO, ISO-NE), grounded in interconnection realities and offtake structures.

We do not evaluate residential rooftop solar, unproven pre-commercial technologies, cryptocurrency mining, or upstream oil & gas. We also decline opportunities where site control, offtake pathway, or counterparty diligence cannot be substantiated.

Do you charge submitters or intermediaries any fees?

No. There is no cost to submit an opportunity, and we do not charge developers, owners, or referral partners for evaluation. Success-fee arrangements with intermediaries, if any, are documented in a separate engagement letter.

As a matter of policy, KADAK Energy does not publish target IRRs, MOICs, or return ranges. Return expectations are discussed only with qualified investors under NDA once alignment is established.

Qualified investors complete the Qualified Investor Access intake. After verification, investors move through a documented sequence: request → review → confirm → NDA → data room → diligence. Nothing on the public site constitutes an offering.

Our internal pipeline moves through 18 documented statuses spanning intake, triage, preliminary review, information request, IC pre-read, IC review, term-sheet, exclusivity, confirmatory diligence, documentation, close, and post-close monitoring. Each stage has clear entry criteria.

At minimum: a concise executive summary, project or company overview, current status of site control and interconnection, offtake position, capital structure, and any prior diligence outputs. You can attach files up to 25 MB securely through the intake form.

Submissions are treated as commercially sensitive and reviewed only by authorized team members. Materials shared before an NDA are considered non-confidential per our intake terms. Formal NDAs are executed before any data-room access.
