Cookie Notice
Last updated: 26 July 2026. This Cookie Notice explains how KADAK Energy uses cookies and similar technologies on kadakenergy.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. They allow a site to recognise your device, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required to operate the Site, maintain sessions, authenticate access to protected areas, and protect against abuse.
- Preferences: remember non-essential settings such as reduced-motion preferences or previously dismissed banners.
- Analytics (aggregate): where enabled, help us understand how visitors interact with the Site in aggregate so we can improve content and performance. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies may be set by service providers acting on our behalf (for example, hosting, authentication, or aggregate analytics). These providers are contractually restricted to processing data on our instructions and for the purposes stated in our Privacy Notice.
4. Retention
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Retention periods vary by cookie and purpose and are kept no longer than necessary for the stated purpose.
5. Your choices
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, block and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may impair Site functionality (for example, authenticated areas may not work). Where consent is required in your jurisdiction, non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
6. Do-Not-Track & Global Privacy Control
We honour recognised opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) to the extent required by applicable law. Given the lack of a common industry standard for Do-Not-Track signals, the Site does not otherwise change its behaviour in response to a DNT header.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
8. Contact
Questions about cookies should be directed to privacy@kadakenergy.com.
